I can't connect my Facebook account to apply

If the link to sign up with Facebook isn't working, first make sure that you haven't already signed up using the link (it only works for the initial sign up). If you are still running into issues, here are a few things to try:

1. Be sure that you have your pop-up blocker turned off on your internet browser.

2. You can only have one (1) email address registered to your Facebook account, so double check that there aren't multiple emails listed on the account.

3. Set your email privacy settings on Facebook to the lowest setting, to prevent it from blocking access through our site.

4. Check that you do not have a student account on Chegg with the same email address as your Facebook account. If you do, you will not be able to use this same email address and will want to change the email address on file for your Chegg student account.

5. If you're still unable to sign up with Facebook, you can sign up with email
